About the Client
The Wellspring Family Resource and Crisis Centre offers assistance, support and shelter to both women and children. Their all-accepting services are given priority to women that are fleeing abuse. The support services of Wellsprings is an asset to the community of Whitecourt and their citizens.
Challenge
It is crucial that information related to the services of Wellness Family Resource and Crisis Centre is presented in a clean, warm, and welcoming way.
Results
Through careful choice of design elements and photography, we were able to achieve the goal of a warm presentation. We added a “Safe Exit” button for the sake of those who need to be visiting the website covertly. While browsing, if another person entered the room, clicking this button will deliver the user to a neutral site to hide what they were looking at. This unique feature along with the functional website echoes their values and mission to the audience.
