Cambridge Window is a window manufacturer as well as premium door supplier, located in Edmonton Alberta.  They specialize in window and door installation, which makes it a one stop shop experience for their clients.


Offering a wide range of superior products and service excellence, since 1996, Cambridge Window has become a leader in their industry.  They operate out of a massive 25,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, as well as a secondary clearance location in Edmonton, providing service all across Alberta.

What We Did For Cambridge Window Mfg.

We met up with Cambridge Window to discuss their online marketing strategy. After learning more about their goals and expectations, we offered our professional recommendations, then successfully rolled out our proposed campaign.  To kick everything off we developed a new, modern responsive website equipped with a user friendly CMS and engaging call to action features throughout.

Website Features

The site was designed to showcase the company’s windows and doors through quick touch gallery links on the homepage and specific product specifications within the internal pages. The one of a kind design blends seamlessly with the Cambridge Window brand and is carried throughout the entire website.



  • Responsive Design. Cambridge Window MFG came to SOS Media Corp. with the need of making their existing website responsive so web viewers would be able to navigate their website easily on any mobile device. We made minor modifications to the design of their website to ensure that it would view property in responsive mode.
  • CMS WordPress with admin login.  Our web developers restructured the back end code of Cambridge Window MFG’s website to be more user friendly and optimal for Search Engine Optimization and Responsive Mode. Our web developers reconfigured the back end WordPress that Cambridge’s website was developed in.
  • Request a quote pop-up form/ call-to-action. We added pop-up quote request forms and various calls to action on multiple pages of the website to generate leads. The company has since seen a major increase in lead generation with this addition.


  • Photo Galleries. We added multiple Photo Galleries throughout the website, including on the Doors, Windows and Our Products pages. This enables viewers to visually understand the quality of the product offered by Cambridge Window MFG.
  • Newsletter Subscription.  A newsletter subscription feature was added to the footer of the website so Cambridge Window MFG can send updates to current customers on a regular basis; ensuring ongoing customer relations.
  • Product Collateral Downloads. Pdf’s of their products are available in a downloadable format. This allows customers to learn more about the products before committing to purchase.




  • Social Media. We manage all social media for Cambridge Window MFG, and we added social media buttons to the website so customers can easily go and view their Facebook and Twitter Pages.
  • Learning Centre Blog. To ensure the website is updated frequently, we added a blog called “learning centre” where current and potential customers can learn more about features and frequently asked questions about windows and doors. The learning centre posts are then shared on social media.
  • Easy Contact Form. We added a contact form on the contact page so interested customers can contact Cambridge Window MFG without having to navigate away from the website.


  • Google interactive map. We added an interactive Google map to the website that displays the office location, so customers know where they are located in relation to their current location.
  • Facebook Contest integration. We created a Facebook photo contest giving away a free door to the participant with the most votes. We titled the contest “Edmonton’s Ugliest Door”. We were able to integrate this contest directly on the website that connects with Facebook, so participants can enter the contest either from the website or Facebook. It is currently in progress.

The site is Search Engine Optimized, first page ranking on Google Search engine for highly competitive keywords such as:

– to ensure qualified, consistent traffic was delivered to their site.

Our designers used striking graphics, depicting Cambridge Window’s premier products and custom installations, to grab the viewers’ attention. Our content writers researched credible and useful industry information to educate and motivate visitors to contact Cambridge Window for more details.

To make it easy and convenient for visitors to connect with the specialists at Cambridge Window MFG, and to adhere to Google’s best practices, we installed call-to-action buttons and phrases throughout their entire website.  This not only improved customer experience but also increased their conversion dramatically.
