About the Client
Sawmill is a prime rib and steakhouse. They opened their first establishment in 1976 and are still growing strong today with nine restaurant locations and a catering centre. They partner with many fantastic organizations such as Edmonton Eskimos, Edmonton Oilers, University Hospital Foundation Brain Centre, and many local non-profit groups! Famous for their 28-day aged Certified Angus Beef and their excellent customer service, Sawmill has grown throughout Alberta, now hosting multiple locations.
The Sawmill was looking for an agency to assist them with all their marketing efforts, especially on social media. Since joining SOS in 2015, they have grown in brand awareness to both their existing customers and to new demographics. They have had more successful internal promotions with the assistance of online marketing.

Through our work with Sawmill, we have learned to entice customers by allowing them to eat with their eyes – through premiere photo and video content. We sell the experience and convince the audience to dig into a juicy steak. Many of the campaigns that we run are backed by our video production to give users that visual experience on social media.
